Scrum Adventures Receives a California Multiple Award Schedule Contract

Scrum Adventures, a professional firm providing Agile coaching, training and transformation services, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract effective April 15, 2019. The contract was awarded to Scrum Adventures by the California Department of General Services, Procurement Division (https://www.dgs.ca.gov/), and allows State and Local government agencies to procure Scrum Adventures services.
The CMAS contracting process is a convenient method for California state agencies and local government agencies to purchase specific services directly from Scrum Adventures in accordance with each entity’s purchasing policies and procedures.

Under the CMAS contract, Scrum Adventures can provide such key Agile services as:
• Assisting or leading teams to apply Agile thinking to the specific environment and impediments they face
• Working as an advisor and helping the team adapt the Agile methodology to their environment, and challenge the existing environment
• Facilitating or guiding a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, principles and focusing on improving team effectiveness
• Leading discussions and decision-making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution.
