Prerequisite

Certification

This course satisfies Introduction to Agile Coaching Microcredential learning objectives.

In order to be eligible for the Introduction to Agile Coaching Microcredential, students must be fully in attendance with active participation.

After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement and create your Scrum Alliance® profile.

Virtual Class Information

You’ll receive an email prior to class with the Zoom link and a few things needed before the class. Please be prepared for an amazing experience with several activities – role-play, game-play, scenarios, acting and improv might happen too!

In-Person Class Information

Our in-person experience includes quality snacks and one meal together. Our extra time together allows for in-depth discussions from an Agile Coaching perspective. We explore what is top-of-mind for you.

You’ll receive an email prior to class with the facility address, nearby hotels, and a few things needed before the class.

About Our Trainer

Sherman Gomberg is passionate about bringing Agile and Scrum to individuals and their organizations. He founded Scrum Adventures on the core principles of Community, Commitment and Training and as an opportunity to enrich others. As CEO, Sherman has over 25 years of experience with Agile, Scrum, Project Management while providing coaching and consulting services for various industries.

To coincide with his such as Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Sherman is a Certified Team Coach (CTC) and holds twelve (12) certifications from Scrum Alliance, as well as Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC), Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer (TBRT), Scrum@Scale (S@S), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

He has served in Scrum roles such as Agile Trainer, Agile Coach, Mentor, Product Owner and Scrum Master and he is particularly passionate about training those so they can help others. 

Sherman enjoys activities of soccer, camping and most outdoor activities. Find him in Long Beach CA playing basketball or with his family – including his dog, cats, and bunny.
