✔ Assisting or leading teams to apply Agile thinking to the specific environment and impediments they face

✔ Working as an Agile Coach and helping the team adapt Agile Values and Principles to their environment, and challenge the existing environment 

✔ Facilitating or guiding Product Owners, teams, and organizations on how to use the Scrum framework and practices, while focusing on improving

✔ Leading discussions and decision-making and assists in mediation of conflict resolution
