About Our Trainers:
As a Certified Scrum trainer with Scrum Alliance, Zuzi has trained thousands of ScrumMasters and Product Owners.
As a coach, Zuzi is leading expert on Agile transformations and has consulted a hundred companies of all sizes. Furthermore, she teaches various coaching engagements from introducing Scrum into teams to helping succeed with whole enterprise agile transformations.
Zuzi is a regular speaker at Agile conferences and delivers talks, workshops and keynotes. Additionally, she is an organizer of the annual Agile Prague Conference, founder of the Agile community group Agile Association, and organizes regular events for the Czech Agile & Scrum community (Agile Open Cafe). Moreover, Zuzi is the inventor of the #ScrumMasterWay concept.

Description
Learn how to become a Certified ScrumMaster® and the tools needed to successfully implement Scrum into any product.
Being a ScrumMaster can look like a trivial challenge, but it demands a lot of skill. Anyone starting the journey to transform an organization and implement Scrum will face many challenges and impediments along their way. ScrumMasters must be skilled and willing to invoke “The Art of the Possible” to take on these challenges.
Prerequisite
It is beneficial to have some knowledge about Scrum and it is expected for you to have read the “Scrum Guide” on www.scrumguides.org prior to class.

- Daily Scrum – sharing commitments and impediments

Certification
On successful completion of the two-day online course, you’ll receive:
- Payment of your first two year dues for the Scrum Alliance
- 16 PDUs from PMI (Project Management Institute). This class also satisfies 16 of the 21 training hours for the PMI/ACP certification
- You’ll become a Certified ScrumMaster® upon completing this course and an online exam!
After successfully completing the course, you will need to accept the License Agreement, create your Scrum Alliance® profile and complete your exam.
Virtual Class Information
Our class will be held using Zoom.
You’ll receive an email prior to class with the Zoom link for the class, resources, a few things we’ll need before the class, and login information for our cool tools.
Please be prepared to have you camera on during all of the training (don’t be shy, you’ll look great!). 🙂
Credits Earned
This course earns 16 Scrum Education Units (SEU®) with Scrum Alliance®. SEUs can be used for earning and renewing your CSP®, CEC, and or CST®.
