Sherman is also a CSM, A-CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, S@S, ICP-ACC, Training from the BACK of the Room, PMP certified, and also holds a BS in Computer Science. Lastly, he is passionate about training those so they can help others.

This one-day course is fully approved by the Scrum Alliance as the first day for the Certified Scrum Developer® certification. In brief, this course is designed for all learners of Scrum, whether you are new or seeking a refresher. As a result, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Development Team Members, Stakeholders and Executives – this course is for you!

Prioritization – how do we get started, in what order

Sprint Planning – making team commitment

Daily Scrum – sharing commitments and impediments
Sprint Review – show off / demonstration
Retrospective – making improvements

Certification/ SEUs/ PDUs

In summary, there is no test. This course is approved by Scrum Alliance and fulfills the first day for the Certified Scrum Developer Track 2. So, participants will receive credit towards the Certified Scrum Developer® certification. Also, participants will receive 8 SEUs / 8 PDUs for their initial and continuing education and may be applied towards earning or renewal of their CSP-SM or CSP-PO.
