Achieving the Agile Product Ownership certification validates knowledge to understand customer needs and effectively deliver valuable products and services through key agile practices such as adaptive prioritization and planning. You will learn how to align backlogs to the product goal, create product roadmaps, and write user stories to maximize the customer experience.

Our certification courses are designed to fit into your schedule with options for 3.5 hours, 5 hours, or 8 hours of learning each day.

Our Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) course is an industry-recognized credential from ICAgile.

Prerequisite

No prerequisite is required.

The course is part of the ICAgile Product Management Track.

Certification

This course satisfies ICAgile’s Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) certification requirements.

About Our Trainer

Sherman brings his unique, energetic and engaging style to the training, which will enhance your unforgettable learning experience.

Sherman Gomberg is passionate about bringing Agile and Scrum to individuals and their organizations. He founded Scrum Adventures on the core principles of Community, Commitment and Training and as an opportunity to enrich others. As CEO, Sherman has over 25 years of experience with Agile, Scrum, Project Management while providing coaching and consulting services for various industries.

To coincide with his ICAgile Authorized Instructure, Sherman is an ICAgile Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC) and a Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC). He holds eleven (11) certifications from Scrum Alliance including Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer (TBRT), Scrum@Scale (S@S), Project Management Professional (PMP), and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

He has served in roles such as Agile Trainer, Enterprise Agile Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Product Owner and Scrum Master. He is particularly passionate about training those so they can help others.

Sherman enjoys activities of soccer, camping and most outdoor activities. Find him in Long Beach CA playing basketball or with his family – including his dog and cat.
