We learned Jira, Canva, Mural, Teams, Figma

Examples

Jira:

We used Jira throughout our sprint to manage and track our stories. Stories were written by team members, sized by their perceived difficulty and tracked throughout the sprint.

Canva:

We used Canva when designing avatars for our gamification feature on CaDoMi tools. Users are now able to select an avatar of their choice from the pool of avatars that we provided.

Mural:

We used Mural to conduct our sprint retrospectives. During these retrospectives, our team established a psychological safe environment by having each member evaluate and open up about the team’s Scrum events with the intent of improving team dynamics and productivity.

Teams:

We used Microsoft Teams to communicate, and facilitate meetings for the Scrum Events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective, and Sprint Reviews.

Figma:

We used Figma to create wireframes and user flows. We created wireframes to help us visualize the process of users selecting an avatar. User flows were created on FigJam which is a whiteboard feature on Figma.

We launched enhancements to the Sprint Capacity Planner and completed Jira Integration

Some of What Was Made

CaDoMi Tools – Add Sprint Name and Date Range to Sprint Capacity planner

We launched the ability to add a name to all sprints on our platform. This new piece of functionality will allow team members to keep track of their sprints by their names. We also launched a date range picker onto the Sprint Capacity Planner.

CaDoMi Tools – Jira Integration

We deployed the CaDoMi Tools app to the Atlassian marketplace. This new development will allow users to log into CaDoMi Tools from Jira automatically.
