We used Jira, Mural, Teams, Figma

Examples

Jira:

We used Jira throughout our sprint to manage and track our stories. Stories were written by team members, sized by their perceived difficulty and tracked throughout the sprint.

Mural:

We used Mural to conduct our sprint retrospectives. During these retrospectives, our team established a psychological safe environment by having each member evaluate and open up about the team’s Scrum events with the intent of improving team dynamics and productivity.

Teams:

We used Microsoft Teams to communicate, and facilitate meetings for the Scrum Events such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective, and Sprint Reviews.

Figma:

We used Figma to create wireframes and user flows. We created wireframes to help us visualize the process of users selecting an avatar.

We rehauled the CaDoMi Tools website, turning it into a modern experience

Some of What Was Made

Landing page

Dashboard page

Team-management page

We enhanced the enterprise dashboard by creating a dedicated “team management” page. Teams are displayed in a table format with action buttons that appear based on selection and permissions. A bulk selection feature, inspired by Gmail, and conditional rendering—suggested by an industry stakeholder—improve usability. Clicking a team opens a details page with actions and member lists, and individual members can be clicked to view their profiles.

Sprints page

We consolidated multiple separate Django template pages for different sprint states into a single unified React interface that displays all sprint tables (future, planning window, and past) on one page.
